Royalty Arrangement

DashBook allows for both Simple and Complex royalty arrangements.

For example, it can calculate royalties based on:

Percentage of the Retail Price

Percentage of the Net Price (retail less discount)

Percentage Less Credit Card Fees, Sales Commissions, and Other fees

Fixed Amount

Percentage of the U.S. Mechanical for music

Quantity Breakpoints

Sales Value Volume Breakpoints

User Defined Sales Channels (digital vs physical, etc.)

In addition, for each royalty recipient, you can specify whether royalties should be calculated based on orders or payments.
