DashBook allows you to maintain the contact information and details you need in a central location. A variety of contact related functions can be driven from this section of DashBook. In addition to logging and tracking the History of customer or prospect contact for Marketing Campaigns, tabbed data entry sections are provided to track Orders and Payment information for each specific Contact. A series of Reports can be generated which helps track activities, purchases and trends.
User Defined Data fields can be created for addtional information collection. features in the Contact section of DashBook are:
- Multiple Contacts Per Location; Multiple Addresses Per Contact
- Copy Addresses to Clipboard (to use in other programs)
